What makes a good photo?

1.) Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.

2.) Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.

3.) Avoid overhead, overly filtered or blurry photos. We are typically unable to illustrate photos of your pet lying down.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

Yes! If you want to preview your pet portrait, please leave your mailbox, we will send you a preview map within 1-2 days, and we will send a portrait in an image format. If you have any feedback, you can contact us and make unlimited modifications!

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Yes! We are happy to help you modify your pet portrait order as long as you contact us at contact@pawpixie.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, most modifications (including address updates) will not be possible. Please note that in some cases, modifications to your order may cause shipping delays.

How long does it take for transportation time?

We expect orders to arrive within 1 to 4 weeks of purchase date, but the specific time depends on your delivery region and the product you choose. During peak holidays, your delivery time may be extended. But usually you will receive orders in advance. If you wish to receive it in advance, you can select "We will prioritize your order" in the product you like.
