• Hand-drawn artworks (e.g. colored pencil portraits): 3–20 days depending on size and season
• Handmade plush toys (e.g. cuddle clones, sewn items, 3D acrylic displays): 6–8 weeks after receiving clear reference photos and being added to the artist queue
• Other accessories (e.g. custom mugs, pet plaster statues): 3–8 business days, depending on the complexity of production

If you select the Fast Processing Add-On, your order will be prioritized for production, reducing your overall wait time:

• Printed portraits: production time reduced to 3–4 days
• Plush toys & handmade items: production time reduced by 1–2 weeks

🖼 Artwork Preview Policy

This applies only to printed artwork. Once the design is completed, we’ll send a high-resolution preview via email or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days.
We offer unlimited free edits until you’re fully satisfied and approve the final version for printing.

❌ Hand-drawn artworks (such as colored pencil portraits and handmade plush toys) do not include previews or revisions. Please ensure the reference photo you provide is clear and high-quality.
