Since our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Contains an error in the customization (e.g., wrong pet, incorrect name)
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at contact@paw-pixie.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on the case.
Please note: We may request clear photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.
