🛠️ Processing Time

This refers to how long it takes to make your custom item before it ships. It does not include shipping time.

• Printed products (such as pet portraits):7–14 business days.
  If you selected the Fast Processing Add-On, production time may be reduced by 3–4 days.
• Handmade plush toys (Cuddle Clone Plush):
  Production takes approximately 6–8 weeks after we receive clear reference photos and add your order to the artist queue.
  If you selected the Fast Processing Add-On, production time may be reduced by 1–2 weeks.
• Portrait Previews:
  A high-resolution preview will be sent within 1–2 business days after the artwork is completed.
  We offer unlimited edits and will not print or ship until you approve the final design.

🚚 Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. It does not include processing time.

• United States: Estimated 1–2 weeks after shipment; up to 4 weeks during peak seasons
• UK, Canada, Australia, Europe: Typically 2 weeks after shipment; up to 4 weeks during peak times
• Other international destinations:Delivery times may vary depending on the country

📦 Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
• Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update

• Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations
• However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee:
  If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order,please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly remake and reship it at no extra cost

We’ll send you a high-resolution preview of your pet portrait within 1–2 days after it's completed.

You can request unlimited edits until you’re 100% happy with your artwork.

We won’t print or ship the portrait until you’ve approved the final design.

However, for custom plush toys, due to their handcrafted and three-dimensional nature, we’re unable to provide digital previews before production.

Each plush is uniquely made based on your pet's photos, and our artists carefully recreate every detail by hand.
